Bass Pro Shops (Concord Mills): Scouting America lists a 10% in-store discount for members. Ask at checkout, since the store decides who qualifies.
Registered adult volunteers can get gear discounts through Scouting America’s Scouting Pro Deals.
Other outdoor and sporting goods stores around Charlotte carry tents, sleeping bags, and other camping gear. Some offer discounts for Scouts, so it’s worth asking.
