Pack Meeting this week. This will be the last meeting with our AOL's. We will celebrate them and their achievement of the AOL rank. We encourage AOL parents and families to join and support their scouts.

Super Trip 2025

In preparation for the Supertrip, all families are asked to turn in medical forms and YPT certificates by March 18th. Med forms are required for all overnight attendees, a separate email will be sent to families that are missing medical forms.

Youth Protection Training is required for all Adults 18 and older. You may access the training and your certificate through my.scouting.org, Training is good for 2 years.

Please reach out to Heath Bixel ([email protected]) with any questions or follow ups. Heath will also be at the Pack meeting tonight with hard copies of the medical forms to complete.

A separate email will be sent this week with details and logistics of the Super Trip (check in time, packing list, agenda, etc)

Camp Cards – Return Payments and Cards this Week

All Camp Cards are due back to Mecklenburg County this Friday. Please return unsold camp cards or cash proceeds at this week's meeting. All cards that are not returned will be charged against the Scout's Scoutbook balance.

AOL Schedule – March

This week will be the AOL's last meeting with Pack 214. Below is a summary of the next week.

3/11 – Pack Meeting (Arrow Ceremony)
3/16 – Crossover Ceremony with Troop (Sunday @ 2 PM at the Eagle's Nest)
3/17 – First Meeting with Troop 39 (boys)
3/18 – First Meeting with Troop 139 (girls)

For Crossover on 3/16, AOL's should come in full Class "A" uniform. Parents are encouraged to attend as the AOL's "cross over" from cub scouts to Boy Scouts.

Webelos Adventure Camp 2025 – July 24th through July 27th

Save the date for this year's WAC. Get ready for an unforgettable outdoor adventure at Webelos Adventure Camp! Current Bear and Webelos scouts can plan to join for an action-packed 3 days of scouting fun. We'll embark on activities like hiking, fishing, archery, and much more. Explore the great outdoors, build friendships, and make significant progress towards your Webelos and AOL requirements as you discover new skills and abilities. Registration and more information to come shortly.

Annual Recharter – Deadline Approaching

Parents of scouts that have renewal notices due by March 30th were sent a separate email with instructions. Please plan to renew by the deadline otherwise the fees increase. Login to scouting.org. Note that registered leaders (Den Leaders, etc) do not need to renew as the Pack will handle for you as volunteers. If you did not receive an email from the Pack this weekend, your scout is either already renewed or the renewal date is in the fall.
