Sign up for Cub O’Ree! Deadline of 10/14. We could also use a couple of adult volunteers to help with set up and meal preparation onsite, as well as coordination of field games. Let Chris or Heath know if interested.

Belk Scout Camp – 9408 Belt Rd, Midland, NC 28107
Cost: $10/person
Payment due by 10/14. Zelle, Cash or Check accepted.

Calling all campers! Bring the whole family (participants must be at least 5 years of age) to join us on our first camping trip of the year! There will be tons of fun activities like archery, bb guns, rock climbing, and more, along with a Cub Scout campfire to enjoy!

Make sure to eat dinner before you arrive on Friday night for check-in.
The Pack will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.

This is not a drop-off event. Parents are required to remain for the entire time.

All family members (ages 5+) MUST have a MED FORM completed and on file. We will have copies at the meeting or you can find and print off here.

Families who can’t campout are still welcome to sign up and join the pack for activities on Saturday.

POPCORN UPDATE:

Congrats Pack – we reached our goal for sales!
Show and sells are complete for this year. We will have product inventory onsite for the next week to check out and sell individually (aka wagon sales). Scouts can check out product to sell and then return the proceeds or any unsold product. Any unreturned product will be charged to the scouts.

LIONS: will be talking about nature as part of the mountain lion adventure.

TIGERS: will be finishing their Tigers in the Wild Adventure by taking a walk/hike to explore the outdoors with our 6 essentials. All Tigers should dress for the weather with comfortable shoes and bring their Essential 6.

WOLVES: will start working on their Let’s Camp adventure.

BEARS: will begin the Paws for Action adventure

WEBELOS: will work on their Let’s Camp adventure.

AOLS: will walk to Stumptown Park to enjoy Matthews’ National Night Out! Scouts should wear their Class B uniforms—rumor has it there’ll be a Foam Truck and food trucks, too. If your scout wants to grab a bite, please send them with some spending money. Parents are welcome to tag along for the fun!
